The owner can sell his/or her life insurance policy to an investor who will pay a percentage of the life insurance pay out to the owner. Both sides can help the other. The investor can get the money the owner needs now for daily expenses, while the owner signs the life insurance policy to the investor who will collect the money when the owner dies.
This field is not highly regulated so there is a lot of research that needs to be done before selling your life insurance policy to an investor.
